jile Terms and Conditions

This document serves as a legal agreement between the jile platform and the user. By accessing the site or opening an account, the user is considered to have agreed to all the terms below. If you object to any term, you are asked to refrain from using the service.

jile is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides casino, slots, live dealer games and sports betting services for users in Bangladesh. Some important definitions used in these terms and conditions are given below:

1.1 Key Definitions

• "Platform" or "Site" — jile's website and mobile application operated under the jileapp.cam domain.

1.2 Applicability of Terms

2.1 Age Requirement

To use jile's services, a user must be at least 21 years old. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from opening an account or using the service. jile may request identification documents to verify age at any time. Providing a false age will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may open only one account on jile. Multiple accounts under the same person's name, the same mobile number, or the same payment method are prohibited. If this policy is violated, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings obtained from those accounts will be considered void.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

The name, mobile number, date of birth and payment details provided at registration must be complete, accurate and up to date. If jile finds inconsistencies during the verification process, it reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the account. 2.4 Registration on Behalf of Another Person

Opening an account on behalf of someone else or for the benefit of a third party is strictly prohibited. Each account is for personal use only, and the account holder is responsible for all activity carried out on it.

All data on jile is kept secure through SSL encryption. However, the primary responsibility for ensuring account security rests with the user.

3.1 Protecting Your Password and Login Details

• Never share your login details (username and password) with anyone.
• Avoid using easily guessable passwords (such as your date of birth or name).
• It is advisable to change your password regularly.
• Always log out after using a third-party device or public Wi-Fi.

3.2 What to Do in Case of Unauthorised Access

If you suspect any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to your account, contact jile's 24/7 live chat support immediately and change your password. jile may temporarily lock the account to protect it.

3.3 Liability

jile is not responsible for any loss resulting from a user's negligence or voluntary disclosure of information. All account activity — deposits, betting, withdrawals — will be treated as the account holder's own actions.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank) can be used for deposits on jile. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Only payment methods registered in the user's own name may be used.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After verification, withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The same payment method used for the deposit must be used for withdrawal. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing a withdrawal, jile may request a national identity card or passport for identity verification. Failure to provide this information will result in the withdrawal being held. 4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

jile is actively committed to preventing money laundering. If suspicious financial activity is detected, the account will be suspended until an investigation is completed. At least one betting transaction using deposited funds must be carried out before a withdrawal can be made.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000 — and to withdraw the bonus portion, a wagering of ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be completed. A bonus is not free money; it is a benefit subject to specific wagering conditions.

5.2 Other Bonus Programs

• jile Weekly Reload Festival — 20% of deposit, up to ৳5,000; wagering 15x; minimum deposit ৳200; once per week.
• jile Cricket Dhamaka Bonus — 30% of deposit in the sports section, up to ৳8,000; wagering 12x; once per month.
• jile Friday Slot Joy — every Friday in the slots section, 50% of deposit, up to ৳6,000; wagering 20x.
• jile Birthday Special Reward — up to ৳2,000; wagering 10x; credited automatically on your birthday each year.
• jile Refer a Friend Bonus — up to ৳3,000; wagering 8x; credited after the referred friend makes a deposit.

5.3 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time — the next bonus cannot be claimed until the wagering on the current bonus is complete.
• When a bonus expires, it will be automatically cancelled.
• If you wish to withdraw before meeting the bonus conditions, the bonus balance will be cancelled and only the amount equivalent to the original deposit will be returned.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is found, all bonuses and associated winnings will be cancelled.

6.1 General Betting Terms

A bet or game stake that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled. In the event of a technical system error or game cancellation, jile reserves the right at its discretion to refund the bet amount or declare the bet void.

6.2 Sports Betting

Published odds in sports betting are subject to change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final. If a match is cancelled or rescheduled, the bet amount will be refunded. Minimum bet amounts and maximum win limits in live betting may vary by event.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

The results of casino and slot games are entirely dependent on a Random Number Generator (RNG). The RTP (Return to Player) rate of each game is set by the game provider and applies as a long-term average — there is no guarantee of achieving the maximum RTP in any single session.

6.4 VIP Cashback

jile's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Cashback is provided based on weekly net loss. For example: if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, the cashback is ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120. Specific cashback rates and conditions are detailed on the jile VIP page.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jile:

• Creating multiple accounts to gain financial advantage by abusing the bonus system.
• Participating in games using software, bots or automated tools.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
• Stealing or using another user's account credentials.
• Using offensive or threatening language in the communication or comments sections.
• Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's payment method.
• Committing fraud through chargebacks or payment disputes.

8.1 Authority of jile

jile reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account at any time and for any reason — particularly in cases of terms violation. If a terms violation is proven, the associated balance and bonuses may be forfeited.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

If a user wishes to close their account themselves, they can submit a request via 24/7 live chat. Before closure, there will be an opportunity to withdraw the remaining balance (excluding bonuses).

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Users who wish to control their gaming can read the Responsible Gaming Guidelines and suspend their account for a set period. This feature can be activated via live chat or email.

jile gives the highest priority to protecting users' personal information. Data collected during registration is used only for identity verification, payment processing, and service improvement. It is not sold to third parties.

10.1 Service Continuity

jile strives to maintain uninterrupted service, but service may be temporarily disrupted due to technical maintenance, internet connectivity issues, or unforeseen circumstances. jile will not be held responsible for any loss arising from such disruptions.

10.2 Third-Party Content

jile's platform hosts games from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, JILI, etc.). jile is not directly responsible for technical errors or RTP-related matters concerning these games.

10.3 Cap on Damages

In the event of a dispute, jile's liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question. jile will not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or losses arising from special circumstances.

jile reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be posted on the site or a message will be sent to the user's registered mobile number.

Continuing to use the site after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may stop using the service and request closure of your account.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be fully effective. The failure of one condition will not void the entire agreement.
